Where is my skin?

Where is my skin? This artwork is a remake of one of my old project. Sarah is a robot girl who didn't know she is not a human being! It was my first time recreating realistic features and I did a lot of research to achieve the goal.
I was in charge of everything, I used maya and zbrush for modeling and substance for surface.
